At Orolong LLC, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Because we sell digital software licenses that are delivered electronically, we have established a clear and fair refund policy to protect your interests.
30-Day Refund Window
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for the following reasons:
Non-Delivery
If you did not receive your license key by email after placing your order, please first check your spam or junk folder. If the key is not there, contact us at support@orolong.shop within 7 days of your order date, and we will resend it or issue a full refund. Claims for non-delivery submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund, as the product will be considered received.
Major Defects
All products are verified before being listed for sale. However, if you encounter a defect that prevents the software from functioning as described, please notify us in writing within 30 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If we are unable to do so, you will be entitled to either a full refund or a replacement product of equal or similar value — your choice.
Product Not as Described
If the product you received is materially different from what was described on the product page, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with clear written evidence of the discrepancy. Our team will review your case and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. Refund requests based solely on a change of mind or incompatibility with a specific setup that was not listed in the product requirements are not eligible.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been accessed, revealed, or activated. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at support@orolong.shop before the cancellation period expires.
Once a digital license key has been revealed or activated, the right to cancel no longer applies, as the digital product has been considered delivered and consumed.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. We process refunds promptly upon approval. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
You will not be charged any fees as a result of a refund issued by Orolong LLC.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@orolong.shop with the following information:
- Your order number or confirmation email
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation (for defect or misdescription claims)
