Digital Delivery

All products sold by Orolong LLC are digital software licenses. There are no physical items to ship. Once your payment is successfully processed, your license key will be delivered directly to the email address you provided at checkout.

The majority of orders are fulfilled instantly. In rare cases — for example, during high-volume periods or if your order requires manual review — delivery may take up to a few hours. If you have not received your order within 24 hours, please follow the steps below.

Did Not Receive Your Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder — delivery emails occasionally end up there.
  • Verify that your payment was completed successfully before expecting delivery.
  • Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
  • If you still have not received your key, contact us at support@orolong.shop and we will resend it or provide an alternate delivery method.

Orolong LLC accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards – We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards, processed securely via Stripe.
  • PayPal – Pay with your PayPal balance or linked card through PayPal’s secure checkout.
  • Google Pay – Fast, one-tap checkout using your Google Pay account.

All transactions are encrypted and processed through industry-standard secure payment gateways. Orolong LLC does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your license key will be included in a separate delivery email, or you can find it under Order Details in your account on our website.

Shipping Charges

Since all our products are delivered digitally by email, there are no shipping charges on any order.
