3. Order and Contract
Listings on our website constitute an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when your payment is successfully processed and you receive your order confirmation by email. Orolong LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
You must ensure that the email address provided at checkout is valid and capable of receiving messages, as your license key will be delivered by email.
4. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, your license key will be delivered to the email address associated with your order. Most deliveries are instant; in rare cases, delivery may take up to a few hours. If you do not receive your key within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder and contact us at support@orolong.shop.
5. License and Permitted Use
Upon completing your purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software in accordance with the terms set by the software publisher and the number of licenses purchased. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the license key
- Share the license key with unauthorized third parties
- Use the software beyond the scope of the license purchased
- Alter, remove, or obscure any copyright notices or serial numbers
You may make a backup copy of the software for personal use, as permitted by applicable law.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Compatibility with specific hardware or software environments is the responsibility of the customer. Defects caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or misuse are not covered.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orolong LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
